Currently we have positions for Senior Analyst for one of our client in Singapore. This is a permanent position to be based out in Singapore, details as below.
Job Title: Senior Analyst
Description: Our Client, an industry leading global analyst and
go-to-market (GTM) strategy firm, seeks to expand its rapidly growing
Asia-Pacific presence, and is currently recruiting for the Singapore
office.
Our Client has helped shape the GTM strategies of more than 150 established and
emerging IT, telecom and business services companies for more than 10
years. Our Client specializes in the global SMB sector, invests significantly in
extensive primary research, GTM segmentation and customer acquisition
tools, comprehensive market sizing and dynamic forecast models, and has
built a database of several thousand SMBs and Channel Partners across 25
countries spanning all geographic regions.
We invite qualified applicants for the following positions:
Senior Analyst, Data Analysis AND FIELDWORK - ASIA-PACIFIC
Role
Manage and drive all primary research based assignments across the APAC
region including directing and leading the primary research team and
collaborating with the relevant consultants, analysts and business
development teams to achieve external client and internal stakeholder
satisfaction.
Requirements
· Minimum three years of relevant experience and familiarity with formal
market research techniques, preferably within the APAC information and
communications technology sector; hands-on experience with forecasting,
data modeling and analytics, trend analysis, and GTM consulting for the
ICT sector will be a plus.
· Suitably degree qualified in the area of Statistics, Information
Technology, Marketing or Market Research; applicants who are otherwise
qualified but have the relevant experience and aptitude will be
considered.
· Existing relationships with various field houses and researchers across
the APAC region and experience with negotiation, coordination and review
to ensure the delivery of quality output will be a plus.
· Project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage
multiple research engagements.
· Ability to scope projects and conversant with survey instrument design,
and execution of various market research techniques like sampling,
conjoint analysis, price sensitivity analysis, focus groups, ethnography
studies.
· Demonstrated drive, and communications and interpersonal skills.
· Hands-on skills and knowledge of SPSS, MS-Access, MS-Excel, MS-Visual
Basic, and MS-Powerpoint.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to speak and read other Asian
languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese) will be
advantageous.
· Preferably Singapore citizens, permanent residents or those authorized
to work in Singapore; applicants who do not meet any of these criteria,
but possess suitable experience and background will be considered.
