LEAD DEVELOPER

Job Description:
* Provide project planning and directing
* Report project status to COO and Steering Committee
* Control project scope, cost and approve changes
* Resolve issues not resolvable in the project team organisation
* Ensure correct resources available and operating effectively within each project team
* Ensure timely development and implementation of all phases of the system
* Provide day-to-day project management

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in computer science or informatics.
* Must have knowledge of standard project management methodologies and utilization of project management techniques
* At least 3 years experience about IT Project Management
* Excellent command of English, both oral and written
* Good leadership, strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
* Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
* Code in PHP, especially CodeIgniter.

Melakukan pengendalian atas pemakaian material sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang sudah ditetapkan.
Melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian atas pelaksanaan program pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan.
Karyawan dibawah jajarannya menerima pelatihan yang memadai agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik.
Menyiapkan dan menyerahkan laporan yang sudah ditentukan sesuai jadwal pada atasannya.
Menjamin semua catatan produksi lengkap dan mudah ditemukan.
Menjamin pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin / peralatan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal.
