Branch Manager (BM)
Role
Managing and handling all sales operation activities and also responsible for sales target achievement.
Requirements :
- Male, age around 30-40 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from all major
- Having more than 5 years in Automotive Dealership Sales Experience.
- Self driven, resilient and agility, and also excellent interpersonal skill
- Mature in leadership, passion and result oriented
- Willing to be posted in Bandung, Semarang, Bali & Bandar Lampung.
Area Regional Marketing Assistant Manager (ARMAM)
Role
- Ensure an effective sales/marketing operation process for regional area to reach the sales target.
- Identify, analyze and organize market condition issues to setting sales/marketing target.
Requirement :
- Male, age around 25-35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from all major
- Having more than 3 years in sales experience, in motorcycle or automotive field would be an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
- Self driven, resilent and agility
- Mature in leadership, passion and result oriented
- Willing to be posted in Bandung / Semarang / Bandar Lampung / Bali for 3 to 5 years
Area Sales Development Supervisor (ASDS)
Role
Support dealers in all sales operation requirements to achieve dealer's sales target.
Requirements :
- Male, age around 25-35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from all major
- Having more than 3 years Marketing field experience
- Self driven, Resilient and agility
- Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skill
- Mature in leadership, passion and result oriented
- To be posted in Head Office (Jakarta Based
