is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to fill

the position as OFFICE SECRETARY.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and/or

Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will

involve in the organizing and
 oversees work flow of

the office and corrects it as necessary. 
Prepares correspondence
 by compiling, typing, and proofreading memoranda, 
letter and reports. Schedules and arranges meetings
 and conferences; prepares agenda; 
acts as facilitator when necessary; Designs and maintains supplies needed by the department 
and to perform related duties as assigned

Qualification: 
An undergraduate in relevant discipline, . 
A minimum two years of clerical/secretarial experience, 
including two years as a Secretary or equivalent. 
Knowledge of managementtechniques is required.
