PROJECT & BUILDING MAINTENANCE STAFF
Requirements :
1.Technical High School (min 10 years experience in glass
manufacturing industry, D3 or S1 Mechanical (3 years experience).
2.Wide experience in civil & mechanical fields (transmission,
pneumatic and materials handling)
3.Fluent in English is must
4.Understanding of project management
5.Experience in Motivation and Team Building
6.Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact
and communicate with all level employee
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER
Requirements :
1.S1 in Mechanical Engineering (min 7 year in mechanical maintenance
in manucfacturing industry)
2.Experience must include exposure to generators, compressors, cooling
systems, fans, pumps, conveyor systems, fire protection systems, air
conditioning, industry safety
3.Fluent in English
4.Computer Literate, Logical problem solver and Ability to Plan
5.Familiarity with Caterpillar gensets and Centac compressors
6.Strong leadership and good communication skill in Indonesia and
English, Assertive, Self motivated and able to motivate others,
Ability to coach and Disciplin
PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER
Requirements :
1.D3 Electronic (Process & Control) min 2 years in manufacturing industry.
2.Experience must include exposure to PLC automotion, Instrumentation
and Proces Control, SCADA, AC Inventer technology, Power Generation,
Power Distribution and Electrical wiring standards
3.Familiar using PC, Good English skills and Assertive
4.Strong Leadership, Self motivated and able to motivate others and
Ability to coach and Discipline.
