Swiss-Belhotel Papua, a four star-rated city centre business hotel located in center business distric of Jayapura, Papua overlooking the well-known Jotefa Bay, managed by Swiss-Belhotel International has an immediate vacancy of:

Executive Chef– Local Hire Only (Indonesian)

• 2 or more years in similar position in 4 star hotel or resort
• Able to adapt to local cultures
• A self starter, outgoing, highly motivated, quality driven and initiative
• Posses and display a high degree of customer service focus
• Posses good leadership skills and team spirit
• Lead the kitchen team and develop the team by providing them with training on culinary related matters
• Full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen department and reporting to the General Manager
• Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure
