HRD SUPERINTENDENT (HRD)

Requirements :
1. Graduated Min. S1 Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
2.. Age Max. 40 years old
3. Having experiences Min. 4 years as HRD Superintendent
4. Capable in handling HR duties such as recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit,
    industrial relations, administration and expatriate formalities.
5. Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
6. Good communication & presentation.
7. English and computer literacy are a must.
8. High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
9. Willing to be located in Balikpapan and Site Forestry
