LOGISTIC MANAGER

 

Qualifications / experience :

1.     Bachelor's degree or technical field related to the job

2.     At least 3 years logistics experiences in inventory, control/forecasting and warehouse management

3.     Analytical and strategic thinking with project management and presentation skill

4.       Good communication and interpersonal skills

5.       Computer skills: SAP, Excel and Microsoft Word

6.       Demonstrates good judgment

7.    Understanding of Supply Chain, financial implications of decisions on operations

 

Key responsibilities :

1.  Ensures accurate and reliable inventory system data

2.  Forecasts and maintains adequate supply of inventory to fill orders and support daily sales. Analyzes forecast/demand trends for previous launches.  

     Partners with corporate to ensure "right" inventory levels in a timely manner.

3.  Oversees warehousing operations and inventory control operations at TPL and other locations to meet stock requirements, ensures operational and cost

     efficiency and defines optimal transportation routes.

4.  Prepares and provides accurate and timely inventory reports including inventory forecast and obsolescence report

5.  Coordinates with Brokers/Customs and Regulatory Department to secure clearance for incoming/outgoing shipments and to ensure compliance and

     expedite release of shipments

6.  Oversee Product distribution in a cost effective way and meet customer satisfaction
