Our client, a world leading Chemical Company, is seeking a dynamic professional for the above position to support their growth expansion. The incumbent must have a strong personality to create followers and leaders, good sales proven track records, honest, open minded, creative and be a visioneer.

Reporting to Managing Director, his or her prime accountabilities would be monitoring sales statistics and results versus market research, analyzing feedback information, developing introduction / promotion plans, budgetary control, analyzing and controlling old / new product line.

The appointee will also be responsible with managing constant communication with sales force, maintaining and building up their loyalty as well as their high level motivation. Your creativity performance as well as your interpersonal skill will be needed to keep up and secure our client's leading position in this industry.

To be considered, you must be maximum 40 years old, fluency in English, Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering is MUST. With at least 2 (for sales Engineering) and 5 to 7 years continuous experience in sales BUILDING MATERIAL area. A clear career path with attractive and negotiable salary package will be offered to the successful applicant. This Position is open for JAKARTA and MEDAN (SUMATRA UTARA) area.
