One of our clients, Telecomunication Service Company is looking for young professional, who is committed to be part of their team as :
IT STAFF – NETWORK MONITORING
Requirements:
- Male, max. 26 years old
- Enable to work in shifts (8 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 10 pm)
- CCNA certified (certificate cisco product) / alat komunikasi
- Good in documentations and reports
Job Descriptions:
- To monitor Customer Communication Network, this includes:
a) LAN at Data Center and HQ sites
b) WAN connecting Customer data center, DRC, HQ and branch sites
c) Various communication circuits provided by telecommunication providers
d) IP router devices status
2. To do first-level problem solving in case of network malfunction and network down. The activity has to follow Customer standard procedures.
First-level problem solving usually include such activities as resetting the circuits and router ports, and following up to the circuit providers.
3. To develop a monthly report on the logged network problems including their problem solving and root-cause
4. To monitor installation and maintenance work done by telecommunication provider
