| MarkPlus, Inc, a leading marketing professional services firm in the Southeast Asia region, currently looking for outstanding people to join us as: Business Analyst ( BA ) General Requirements: - Have a deep passion to learn - Have interest in the field of marketing - Result oriented - not afraid to work hard, work late and/or get hands dirty to finish the job - Fast Learner and good analytical thinking ability - University (S1) graduate in any discipline from respected school with minimum GPA of 3.3 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong presentation skill - Excellent computer literate – Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) - Fluent in English (TOEFL > 520) Specific Business Analyst Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct primary research in the field - Acquire secondary research from various online and offline sources - Conduct rigorous analysis of the data - Work with consultants to develop presentations for clients Program Development Analyst ( PDA ) Scope at work: creating module for training, customize module, lecture/facilitate training General Requirements: - Male/Female, max. 30 years old - A Top-tier University Graduate from Economics/ Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA. 3,30 - Have a minimum 1 year experience in Training Company or as Lecturer Assistant will be advantage - Passionate in Marketing Knowledge - Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving - Excellent in English ( both written and oral ) - Computer literate – Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) - Active, Hardworking and Self Motivated Business Executive ( BE ) / Client Relationship Executive (CRE) Scope of work : As BE, you have responsibilities for managing the sales process from sales leads through closing: - Making aggressive sales call follow-up - Prospecting for new business - Maintaining existing relationship including database administration and handling customer complaint. General Requirements: - Female/Male, max. 28 years old - DIII/SI degree from any major with min. GPA 2,80 - Preferred 1 year experience at the same position, fresh graduates are welcome - Excellent communication skill, both verbal and writing : good command of English language - Mature, Active, Target-Oriented, Hardworking and Self-Motivated - Willing to be placed at : Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Jakarta Legal Officer (LO) Scope of work: - Drafting, analysis and administrate legal document - Responsible of drafting, review and control company license, agreement, permit & formalities related to regulation compliance General Requirements: - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent with min.
