The world's largest company in heavy equipment industry is seeking for the right person to fill the following position:
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting to BOD.
- Responsible for all kind of compensation and benefits functions.
- Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff;
- Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector;
- Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement;
- Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements;
- Negotiating with union representatives on issues relating to pay and benefits, and managing the payroll system.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
