Investment Officer / Analyst

Report to : PT. Sosial Enterprener Indonesia (SEI) Director

General Job description

Investment Officer will be responsible to protect SEI investment by conducting assessment of the potential pipeline projects, financial assessment of the prospective SMEs, monitor PT SEI investment , and conduct regular supervison/monitoring and audits to the Accounts.

The objective of his job is to make and maintain SEI investment productive, profitable and save.

Specific responsibilities

1/ General

· Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of PT. SEI

· Develop and /or maintain good relation to organization, institution, and/or other potential business partners.

2/ Assessment and Audit

· Together with Director and Investment Team, conduct the assessment on : a) management information system, b) business performance, c) financial report and portfolio quality, d) human resources, e) market and competition, f) production and process, g) business opportunity for development and growth related with the business plan, f) assess the business risk g) check collateral

· Provide the report and recommendation to the Management and Board regarding the evaluation for new investment

· Adopt and mastered in audit principle and process the company

· Conduct regular supervision and audit to each investment PT. SEI made and provide recommendation for the findings.

· Produce audits procedures and revise the procedures in a regular basis to maintain the reliability.

3/ Investment Supervision

· Review the performance of Accounts of PT SEI every month.

· Monitor and supervise SEI existing investment with a solid and quality financial evaluation and report to PT. SEI director in a timely basis.

· Assure SEI existing investment in a proper condition, productive and quality portfolio

· Provide assistance and technical supervision for Account management and/or related officer to maintain quality of the Accounts, quality of social impact and protect SEI investment.

4/ Other

· Maintain open and positive relationships with all Business Partner

· Communicate and prepare the data to the External Auditor regarding the audit on the company

· Etc

Qualification:

· University graduate in accounting / finance

· Prefer to have 3 years experience in Audit Firm or Internal Audit

· Mature and trustful

· Clearly understand Accounting principle applied in general and Indonesian corporation

· Able to read and analyze company financial report (Balance sheet, Profit/Loss Statement), detail of each item inside the report and where the numbers are coming from)

· Able to do audit the Accounts of the company to support the above analysis and to check on the quality of assets and social impact

· Able to monitor/supervise and make a cross check between reported number in the Accounts Financial Statement to the required supporting document

· Able to provide solid and valid recommendation and/or alert for SEI Management.

· Willing to travel to the location of the Clients or Prespected Clients of PT SEI in Indonesia at PT. SEI traveling scheme.
