JOB VACANCY
Job Title : Production Controller
Report to : Financial Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
· Analyze, develop and formulate a system of planning and measuring the brewery's efficiency and effectiveness in terms of output and cost
· Prepare yearly brewery budget in terms of personnel, material use, output and overhead
· Monitor, audit and support the implementation of the approved control system so that accurate analysis and corrective action could be recommended and followed-up
· Prepare performance report, identifying deviation and recommend corrective actions
· Report and analyze the performance in terms of production cost, productivity, material and energy consumption
· Monitor and evaluate inventory control management
Requirements:
· University graduates with Industrial Engineering / Accounting background
· Minimum 2 years experience cost accounting in manufacturing
· Extensive knowledge of auditing methodology and business process concept
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· Excellent behavioral competencies
· Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
· Familiar with SAP program.
Work Location : Sampang Agung, Mojokerto, East Java
