PRESALES SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(JAKARTA)

Responsibilities:

Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
More than 4 years' experience in telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, Transmission equipment and Wireless Network
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
Proficient in English

NETWORK PLANNING SPECIALIST

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process

· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.

· Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

· More than 5 year's relevant experience in network planning optimization

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage

· Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
More than 10 years' experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
Has PM experience in managing whole CTO will be strongly preferred
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English

SR LEGAL OFFICER

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

Male / Female, below 40 years old
Working experience at least 3 years in law firm, experience in Telco is an advantage.
Have bachelor degree from reputable university.
Able to work independently with minimun supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.

Project Outsourcing Manager

Work description

§ Searching for local subcontractor resource, and guarantee enough suitable resource for local project implementation; make outsourcing resource analysis to support purchase

§ Support outsourcing purchase team to process bidding, negotiation and contract signing, guarantee timely purchase and file all the Process Documentation

§ Charge subcontractor performance evaluation, support PM to solve all the issue related with outsourcing during project implementation,

§ PO dispatch based on PR and contract, track settlement and payment.

§ Be responsible for project outsourcing account building and outsourcing cost controlling, optimize national outsourcing cost database.

§ Support and supervise project engineering quality management

Basic Requirements

§ More than 3 years' experience in telecommunication, and at least 2 years' experience on telecom installation supervision and software commissioning

§ More than 1 year's project management experience, be familiar with project implementation and outsourcing management

§ Have commercial negotiation experience of telecom engineering service, have good opinion of cost control

§ Extravert and cheerful character, quick thinking, Good communication and presentation, oral and written fluency in English

SPAREPART ADMINISTRATOR

(Jakarta)

Job Description:

Supplying the support for the SMPS service, insuring the service run normally.
Handing the defect boards repair process, coordinate engineer submit the repair requirement
Handing the out source spare boards management; include but no limited make the statistic report, follow defect boards repair progress, consulting the price with third-part Company.
Calculation the spare parts consumption, coordinate project manager supply the spare boards requirement ,supply the support before project

Requirements:

Work well with people in various situations
Able to work well independently, in large or small teams
Good communication skills, Commitment and self-motivation, ready to work in a challenging environment Fluent in both English written and oral
Has background with spare part management experience preferred
Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours
Has minimum 1 year experience of spare part management experience or after-sales in communication industry
