Dear Colleagues,

In supporting clients, DHM PARTNERS are currently searching for qualified candidates to fill up some positions as follows;

1. HR MANAGER & DEPUTY MANAGER
This position will lead the HR team and focusing on developing people. We do need to find a candidate with a good dream and strong willingness to produce a qualified workforce. Creativity in implementing various HR tricks is one of the "must have" to completed by strategic analytical thinking. All those skills would not be useful without the ability to understand the business process and blend with it. The "business partner" should not be just a big campaign with no meaning. This position would require much travelling from Jakarta head office to the client's project points in high risk and remote areas.

2. IR SUPERVISOR / OFFICER
You will be responsible to manage all aspects of IR in the company, including possibilities of local community handling. Well and deep understanding of the prevailing employment law is a must for this position. You will be reporting directly to a department manager and should have the ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization. A person with integrity ... this is what we need. The work location are Jakarta, Bekasi and Karawang.

3. PROJECT OFFICER
You will be deployed on DHM PARTNERS's project sites to lead the team and or accomplishing activities under specific guidance. The HR daily operation ability and IR understanding are main requirements for this project basis. If you are challenged to feel the real "down to earth" HR experiences and ready to be placed in project sites, this position will surely touch the adrenalin and play a big role for your future.
