Our client, a large multinational company immediately looking for positions :
HR Supervisor (code : HR-S)
Responsibility :
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement

policies and procedures;
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions,preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing,
interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures

interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures
and absence management;
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
- Undertaking regular salary reviews; negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;
- Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;
- Implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
REQUIREMENT
- University Degree
- 3 to 5 years experience as HR Generalist, preferably in multinational Company.
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Excellent communication and good personality
- Good in MS Excel and Mathematic skill
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
- Undertaking regular salary reviews; negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;
- Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;
- Implementing disciplinary procedures;
