Our client, a multinational tire manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, is seeking several Sales Executives (permanent staff) to be based in Bogor or Surabaya Regional Office, with the following condition:

Job Accountabilities

The SE has to visit toko regularly, monitoring competitors activity in every toko, monitoring competitors' market price, update toko profile in every region, ensures that distributors carry sufficient inventory of the right sizes in line with customers requirements. The SE also has to execute & enforce the company's and government's policies related to the activities of the regional sales organization.

Job Requirements

Minimum has Diploma 3 degree from any discipline
Preferably has experience as field Salesperson around two years
Good in planning, scheduling and organizing work
Good in both interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel and relocate (if needed)
A team player who is hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under pressure, proactive, willing to do more and get things done
Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must)
Can do presentation and work with minimum supervision
Domicile in Jabodetabek or Surabaya
