We are looking for young, dynamic, and talented candidates who love challenges in a growing and competitive business environment for the following position:
Junior Legal Staff ( Code : JLS )

Basic Requirements:

 Male
 Law degree
 1-2 years working experience in Legal department or notary office (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
 Deep knowledge in corporate law and corporation establishment (notary's job)
 Knowledgeable in laws, filing and registration
 Keep abreast with Indonesian corporate laws
 Good English and Indonesian written skills
 Detailed-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Create and develop Agreements needed for each incubated companies.
o NDA, Confidentiality Agreement, etc
o Agreement with Vendors/ Suppliers
 Manage and ensure validity of all contract agreements
 Build engagement with other party's
Minimum Requirements :
 Single
 Age Max. 27 years old
 Energetic individual and not satisfied with norm
 Willing to work hard and long hours
 Smart, innovative, technological savvy, and open-minded
 Fast learner and willing to learn new things
 Adapt easily to new environment
 High integrity, responsible, and committed
 Must possess at least S1 degree
 Possess high discipline and provide deliverables on-time
 Strong passion for tackling challenging issues
 Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
 Good professional and personal background
 Able to speak English
 can work in a team and individually
 loyal and flexible
 have driver license
