They have a wide-ranging international operations with more than 14,000 personnel are employed at over 170 locations in over 50 countries. As part of their expansion plans in the region, they are seeking a suitably qualified and dynamic person to join them as : Quality Management System Manager (work location : Cikarang)
Responsibilities: - Safeguarding of personnel and tangible prerequisites for the implementation of QMW tasks
- Implementation of specified quality tests and implementation of quality evaluations at the plan, derivation of preventive/corrective actions from the evaluations
- Cooperation in product developments, in particular in quality planning, sampling and transfer of articles/processes to the plant
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal system, department and product audits
- Maintenance of specific plant procedural instructions being a part of the QM system
- Illustration of the plant-related Quality system for external system evaluations (certification or customer audits among others)
- Reporting on Quality performance of the plant (e.g. MQB) to WL and responsible QPM
- Introduction and coordination of corrective actions for customer claims and for internal complaints (BM) related to quality and supply claims, implementation of inspections with regard to the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Authority to grant approval for quality deviations in compliance with approval competencies acc. To VA
- Cooperation in supplier evaluation and audits
- Training and supervision of self-Q-checkers at the plant
- Safeguarding of the control of measuring and testing equipment at the plant
- Implementation of specifications for quality records and keeping of quality documents and records
- Cooperation in plant files for continuous improvement (KVP) and in company suggestion scheme/zero-fault program
Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in the field of Engineering, Chemistry or related field
- 5 years Experience in Quality management at fabrication Company
- 5 years Experience in Quality Management systems, Environmental Management systems, Internal and external auditing
- Certified Auditor or Lead Auditor ISO 9000 and 14000
- Able to speak and write English language
- Strong character that will not be easily influenced, Self-motivated and able to motivate other, independent, organized, neat, and accurate
