PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultants for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries within
Our client, Refinery Manufacturing in Banten, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:
Chief Boiler (Code: CFBC)
Requirements:
· exp in managerial level (or as chief)
· exp with CFB boiler and/or coal boiler and able to operate them
· sufficient knowledge of coal
· preferably from power plant, but definitely NOT from same industry
· exp with ISO 9000
· tough, disciplin, role model, strong leadership esp toward local people's nature and culture
General Qualifications:
· S1/Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering from reputable University
· 30 to 40 years old with at least 10 years experience handling CFB (Coal Fluidized Boiler)
· Able to do effective and accurate troubleshooting
· Able to calculate and estimate the most efficient Boiler Operation.
· Capable to do regular and consistent Total Preventive & Productive Maintenance Program (TPPM).
· Capable to implement 5S.
· Able to manage, supervise, delegate, and motivate large amount of subordinates.
· Loyal, Honest and high dedication.
· Familiar and understand ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 would be preferred.
· Willing to be located in Cilegon.
