Human Resources Staff (HRS)

Objective:
Manage Human Resources functions and assist Human Resources & General Affairs Manager in order to support company's business operations.

Qualifications:

Hold a min Bachelor degree in Psychology or related field of studies.
Deep knowledge of HR Functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, and Administration)
Having experience in making relationship with business partner related to HR functions.

General requirements:

Good English speaking and writing skills
Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
