Leap29 currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Deputy Director to work for a growing oil and gas company in
Position: Commercial Deputy Director
Reports to: Upstream President
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business strategies and lead business development plans to ensure that the company achieves long term growth, development and profitability
- Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence as well as develop business cases for new business opportunities
- Lead the Finance and Accounting function
- Champion the Human Resource function to ensure achievement of human capital competitiveness and effectiveness
- Champion the Legal function to ensure that the Company's interests and liabilities has been fully protected
- Champion the Procurement function to ensure implementation of an effective Supply Chain Management system
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/ Business Administration, preferably with a MBA
- Minimum 10 years of business development / commercial experience in the oil and gas industry
- Very familiar with commercial rules/regulations of BPMigas, MIGAS, Pertamina and key governmental regulatory bodies
- Experience in Support Services Division covering functions such as Finance/Accounting/Tax, Corporate Communication, HR, Legal, Procurement
- Proven network with key senior officials in BPMigas, Pertamina, MIGAS and commercial banks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
