ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Age between 30-35 years old
· University Degree (S1) for any field min IPK.2,75
· Having minimum 3 years experience on SISDUR/SOP (Syatem&SOP)
· Having experience in Manufacturing Industry are preferred
· Certification in psychometrics is preferred
· Consumer product experience is preferred
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Having the capability to prepare the necessary corporate policies procedures
· Able to update the policies procedures tailored to the situation
· Able to conduct continuous evaluation for effective & update
· Strong blend and understanding of organization development theory and practice
· Must have demonstrated success in the innovative design, development, implementation and management of programs, processes and other interventions
· Change management experience in variety of settings
· Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of leadership
· Demonstrated success in working on teams and on multiple and changing priorities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strong project management and team leadership skills and experience
· Strong ability of establishing credibility with key stakeholders
