Deputy Manager Design Architect
· Male 25 – 36 years old
· Min. S-1 in Architect
· Min. 10 years experiences in High Rise Building.
· High integrity, discipline, and good communication skill and team work is a must.
· Able to use Auto CAD Design.
General Job Description/ Scope of Works:
· Review and Control all design Architects.
· Check shop drawing and as building drawing and update drawing status.
Business Unit Coordinator (Mall)
Business Unit Officer (BUO) in mall business is a person who acts as a contact between management and tenant to deliver any information, complains etc.
Business Unit Coordinator is the leader of all Business Unit Officers and his main job includes:
Ø Coordinating, supervising & controlling BUO's job.
Ø Handling special activity & in charge as leader from Retail in conducting review of the event.
· Min. Education S1 in any major.
· Experience 3 – 4 years preferably in Retail Industry (preferably mall).
· Have leadership skill.
· Cooperative and have good communication skill.
· Preferably male between age 25 – 35.
Civil Supervisor
· Have background in studying technological major or work in civil department.
· Preferably male above 40 years old.
· Experience at least 10 years in High Rise Building.
· High integrity, discipline, and good communication skill and team work is a must.
General Job Description/ Scope of Works:
· Supervisor for civil works including its finishing.
· Control and Handle site works, with good quality.
· Act as site surveyor.
· Min S1 degree with Mechanical & Plumbing background.
· Male 35 years old or above.
· Min. 10 years experiences in High Rise Building.
· High integrity, discipline, and good communication skill and team work is a must.
General Job Description/ Scope of Works:
· To organize, evaluate all drawing designs, shop drawing, as building drawing and MEP.
· To coordinate design MEP with consultant and contractor.
· To coordinate site construction, with detail to contractor, check according to shop drawing and specification.
· To handle all administration systems for MEP.
