- Female/ Male with pleasant personality

- Age between 22 - 27 years old

- Diploma degree from reputable Academy/ University, Majoring Statistics, Sociology, Broadcast, Antropology, Psychology or Community Development

- Having 1 year experience at research area but fresh graduated those having good knowledge in Quantitative and Qualitative Research are welcome

- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet/ email),

- Good command in English, especially written skill
