Our client, an International manufacturing company, is urgently looking for dynamic professionals to strengthen its growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
Total Productive Maintenace Coordinator
Responsibilities :
? Developing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program according to company standards
? Using a criticality analysis across the factory to gain the quickest overall factory performance.
? Provide Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment unplanned failures and Zero Accidents continuously
? Maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle of production equipment
Requirements :
? Male, min age 26
? Min S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
? Good english communication skill is a must (both written and spoken)
? Min 3 years experience in similar position
? Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill
? Must demonstrate initiative
? Able to work under pressure
Salary : 5- 7 mio per month
Depending on Qualifications and Experience

MOLD MAKER REPAIR & MODIFICATION
Main Requirements:
· Male, 23 – 30 years old.
· Min STM/ D3/ Poltek.
· Minimum 3 years' experience in Mold making process (in outsole/foot ware mold is advantage).
· Problem solving skill and strong leadership/ control interpersonal skill.
· Able to work as team and individually, with minimum supervision.
· Able to organize and upgrade the tooling skill.
· Good command of oral and written English.
Salary: About Rp. 3 - 5 mio per month (Gross)

Qualifications:

- Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Min. S1 form the reputable university.
- Min. 3 years experience in CAD/CAM.
- Well experience in Delcam Powershape,Delcam Powermill.
- Basic knowledge in Unigraphics and Rhinocheros.
- Basic knowledge in CNC Machine operating system.
- Advanced knowledge of 3 axis programming.
- Basic knowledge of 5 axis programming (is an advantage).
- Willing to work under pressure.
Salary : Depending on Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
- Male, min. 26 years;
- Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory;
- Min. S1 form the reputable university;
- Min 5 years experience in CNC operator (for Mazak, Fanuc, Mikron machines);
- Able to work as team and individually, with minimum supervision;
- Well experience in Fanuc and Heidenhain controller;
- Basic knowledge in CAM programming (is an advantage);
- Must Demonstrate initiative;
- Computer Literacy 2D/3D technical drawing (is an advantage);
- Mold and dies knowledge;
- Having strong leadership;
- Willing to work under pressure.
Salary : Depending on Qualifications and Experience
