Our Client, a leading European-based Electrical Engineering MNC, is currently looking for a talented professional to assist in the growth of their representative office in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing existing and new distributors for the company. This position takes fortitude, entrepreneurial instinct and top relationship building skills to be successful.
Sales Specification Engineer (Based in Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, expand and grow the business for new and existing distributors - managing and interpreting distributor requirements (understand, anticipate and meet their needs)
· Capable to identify and contact potential distributors via own network
· Responsible for price quotation, tender process and contract terms to meet both distributor and company targets
· Generating sales & revenues as targeted budget in order to meet or exceed the company's objectives
· Preparing, recording and maintaining sales reports, distributors contact data
· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education/knowledge as per distributor's request
· Supporting sales & marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and any other business related events
· Reporting directly to the General Manager/Country Representative
Profile:
· Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering is a MUST.
· Indonesian national, 25-30 years old, male preferred
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar position
· Solid knowledge & experience in electrical products (switchgear, switching, panel, LV products)
· Good networking skills with existing distributors
· Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial flair
· Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Proficiency both in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
