PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is one of Multinational Company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan Area. We invite professionals and dynamics people who are ready to be located in Balikpapan or Site Forestry and fill these positions:
1. SOCIAL SECURITY & LICENSE SUPERINTENDENT (SSL-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
v Age max. 35 years old.
v Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
v Good Government & Social Relations
v Min. 3 years in a similar position.
v Work location at Malinau, East Kalimantan.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
v Age max. 35 years old.
v Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University.
v Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
v Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
v Good communication & presentation
v Work location at Kenangan, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
General Requirements:
§ English and computer literacy are a must.
§ High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
