JCI Executive Search International's client, a holding company that has license in multimedia business and value added service and the new development of application service, is currently seeking for the following position:
VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE FINANCE
based in Jakarta Indonesia
PURPOSE OF JOB
Overseeing all financial aspects of the Holding company and report to the Director, Corporate Finance, the candidate will be expected to assume a leadership role within both the business and the Finance function supporting the development and execution of business strategies. The person must have practical experience in implementing successful and results driven financial strategies, strategic plans and financial forecast processes. The additional ability to handle, review, lead and motivate the team as a whole is critical to the success of this position.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Shall be responsible for maintaining complete financial records.
- Accountable for financial reports for each meeting of the Board of Directors and monthly/ quarterly/annual financial reports
- Shall maintain a consolidated budget and update the Director, Corporate Finance on budgetary
Matters
-Shall insure that the requirements for auditing & Tax preparation are complete on an annual basis.
- Shall establish a working relationship with other departments
-Shall monitor/support/ lead and maintain the corporate finance activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- 8 and more years experience in Finance, Preferably from Telecom Companies, Service Industry.
- CA / MBA Finance / ICWA
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, together with an understanding of accounting and financial
concepts, are essential to success in this role;
- Essential would be a background in: Accounting, Budget Planning, Tax and Treasury and project
finance, M&A, with a proven track record in managing transactions and negotiating key commercial and/or financial documents to a successful conclusion;
- A high level of initiative is essential, along with the ability to manage a team of managers and coordinate internally during a transaction process (essentially project management skills);
- Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to report and communicate at all levels within an organization
