We have a large oil palm plantations at Sumatera, Kalimantan , Papua, and our refineries located in Surabaya (Kawasan Rungkut Industri) & Medan (Belawan).
Our retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas Industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurant, and so forth.
The latter catagory fetches the premium gross margin as customer requirements are tailor-made to specifications.
The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.
Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material - CPO for its products requirement at competitive cost.
The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products.

International Junior Trader (IJT)

*. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
*. Coming from overseas would be an advantage
*. High analytical thinking; risk taker and have good communication skill
*. English is a must

Task & Responsibilities :
- Support in developing, deploying, monitoring, and socializing company's
plan & target activities
- Proactively support & communicate the design & development of
documentation system of PALYJA Quality Management System
activities (including: business process, quality manual, quality
procedures, work instructions, forms and other documents needed in
PALYJA QMS) with other section in Defined area or scope
- Maintain & controlling documentation System of PALYJA Quality Management
System in Defined area or scope
- Maintain the implementation of PALYJA's Quality Management System within
the Defined area or scope
- Support internal audit and management review activities
- Support corrective and preventive action activities
- Support proactively all activities in ISO secretariat
- Support the development of report periodically on the implementation of
PALYJA'S Quality Management System
- Communicate Quality Management System implementation to all related unit
especially under the Defined area or scope and for all
company if needed.
- As a motivator & organizer for promotion of awareness of PALYJA'S QMS
throughout the Defined area or scope
- To carry out specific task as instructed by the PDCA & BP PDCA & BP
Dept. Manager
- To ensure safe, clean and healthy working environment and to implement
Work place Management, especially for PDCA & BP Dept
documentation & records
- To wear company's uniform and safety gears at all designated areas
- To safeguard the company's property
- Team player and trustworthy
- Inform proactively and to support organizing with related function if
any non-conformities appears as a result of QMS Implementation

Qualification :
- Minimum educational background : Graduate Bachelor Degree in Industrial
Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position
- Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
- Very good MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & MS
Visio.
- Had Participate in ISO 9001:2000 Series, any management system Trainings
- Very good analytical skills, Presentation skills and Inter Personal
Skills.

4. A/R,A/P Inventory Accounting Supervisor
Job Description
1. Menyiapkan Jurnal Entry untuk data setiap bulannya.
2. Memeriksa Catatan Inventory, Masuk dan keluar untuk di input ke account inventory, memeriksa invoice intercompany dengan barang yang diterima.
3. Menyiapkan jurnal entry stock yang dikeluarkan, yang tidak dipakai, catatan tranfer dan penyesuaian jumlah.
4. Menyiapkan rekonsiliasi bulanan dan balance stock.
5. Menyiapkan Laporan A/R bulanan berdasarkan urutan waktu.
6. Menyiapkan jurnal entry bulanan untuk A/R provision.
7. Memproses pembayaran A/P secara regular, Membandingkan antara PO, Invoice dan tanda terima barang atas semua invoice vendor.
8. Menginput semua data A/P dan menyiapkan data A/P setiap bulannya.

Requrement:
1. Latar belakang pendidikan dari Ekonomi.
2. Pengalaman Min 3 th dibidang yang sama.
3. Dapat Mengoperasikan Komputer (Excel,Word).
4. Aktif dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris.
5. Interpersonal Skill yang baik.
