Business Proposal Contest", and an event will also give opportunities to

The aim of ASIAN JOB EXPRESS is to discover potential Asian leaders, the

the business world, by finding them among the very talented university

*Role & Responsibility*

To undergo the 2 (two) years structured developmental program across
operations functions within Filtrona group to reach the vision of being the
future leader in filtrona.

*Requirements*

*Education*

- Preferably fresh graduate from reputable university
- S1 from Engineering Degree with min. GPA 3.00 (Chemical Engineering,
Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering).

- Excellent English Communication
- Excellent General Verbal Skill – able to present information and ideas
to all levels of staf
- Good Computer Skill

*Desirable*

- Ability to demonstrate delivering projects in a timely manner

- Must be able to display 'leadership potential' qualities
- Must have aspirations for career development
- Must have a positive attitude towards international mobility (within
