Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Memastikan setiap adm EDP melakukan Encoding setiap transaksi di Program Navision untuk Departemen Inventory Control tepat waktu dan akurat.
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen/ bagian terkait (PPC, adm produksi, gudang, accounting) bila ada ketidakcocokan data antara physics dengan Navision.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi bila terjadi selisih antara physics dengan system.
Membantu Ka. Dept Inventory Conrol dalam membuat laporan kerja bulanan.
Mengupdate laporan inventory mingguan bulanan dan melaporkannya ke departemen / bagian terkait.
Bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan laporan-laporan yang di print-out dari program Navision dan menganalisa untuk ditindak lanjuti oleh bagian terkait.
