Our Client, Danone Dairy Indonesia, a multinational company, a group of Danone, which produce dairy product such as Milkuat & Activia is seeking for the following position:

Order To Cash Manager (OTC– DDI)

Requirements:

· University degree, majoring accountancy, management or related field

· 4 years previous and recent experience in similar position in FMCGs top recognized Distribution Companies, focused on Modern Trade and extensively active also in Minimarket channel.

· Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent local network with relevant external contacts (i.e. distributor, modern trade channel, bank etc)

· Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)

· Result oriented person with strong people approach and negotiation skills

· Excellent computer literacy (excel, word, powerpoint) and familiar with SAP is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

· Report to Finance Controller

· Manage sales invoicing, collection (invoice to cash), and reconciliation of each customer

· Provide regular Account Receivable (A/R) report and analyze the distributor/ customer performance

· Maintain relationship with customer to ensure DPO (Days Payment Outstanding) is meet our policy thru monitoring A/R aging to avoid overdue

· Maintain customer database in company database with agreed trade term (in coordination with sales team)

· Manage Sales Order (S/O) or Purchase Order (P/O) in connection with sales performance

· Monitor delivery from our DC (Distribution Center) to customer and ensure those in line with Sales Order

· Managing and Handling customer complain in regards with stock delivery, sales return, and other condition to be addressed to the appropriate party i.e. Quality, Logistics, Sales

Persyaratan :

- Pendidikan minimum SMA atau sederajad

- Pengalaman dalam industri jasa pengisian mesin-mesin ATM

- Pengalaman minimum 2 Tahun sebagai supervisor atau LEADER dengan team REPLENISH mesin ATM. (Khusus Posisi no 1)

- Bersedia bekerja di DUBAI – UAE dengan masa kontrak minimum 2 tahun

- Memiliki SIM A atau BI yang masih aktive (Khusus Posisi No 3)

- Akomodasi dan konsumsi selama bekerja ditanggung perusahaan

Our Client, an International Oil & Gas, is currently looking for:

Instrument Engineer

Job Descriptions:

Provide recommendations, input and direction during the development and execution phases of the project in the area of instrumentation engineering, including but not limited to:

- Review of all project E&I documentation as per project requirements in order to facilitate progress and to achieve fitness for purpose;

- Providing first line response to Contractors instrumentation engineering technical queries;

- Monitor the work of the Contractor and provide technical support through Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation/Commissioning activities;

- Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of field instrumentation, control systems, and inter-system communications interfaces necessary for successful operation of the platform process and utilities systems are according to the project specifications;

- Provide detailed direction and input, for all Instrument related documentation including but not limited to: control philosophies, specifications, data sheets, block diagrams, cause & effect matrices etc together with inter-discipline checks on associated equipments and systems;

- Work closely with the EPC Contractor to ensure achievement of Hess's goals without adversely impacting the EPC Contractor's responsibilities under the Contract.

Personal Requirements:

- University graduate in a related engineering discipline together with a minimum of 8 years experience in Instrument and Control systems with particular emphasis on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Fire & Gas (FGS) / Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), preferably gained in the Oil & Gas /Petrochemicals industry;

- Fluent in English (verbal & written) is a MUST;

- Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of international codes and standards appropriate to his discipline and should ideally come from a detailed engineering background within the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry, preferably supplemented with construction and commissioning experience on projects of a similar nature.
