looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the
following position:
IT CONSULTANT
General Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported
applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue
(hardware, software, user access, etc.)
2. Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems.
3. Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections.
4. Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
5. Update information on Helpdesk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base).
6. Manage Computer Inventory from Acquisition to disposal.
Qualifications:
1. Male, S1 majoring in Informatics Technic.
2. Preferred 1 or 2 year working experiences in providing IT services
as well as technical support, including hardware and software
management.
3. Understand the basic network infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN, IP Routing, and Firewall) is a must.
4. Proficient in English both oral & written.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill, and able to present the solution to customer.
6. Result oriented, Teamwork, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
7. Preferred familiar with Lotus Notes Email application.
8. Willing to be located in customer site.
9. Preferable has own motorcycle or car.
10. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
Job Type: Contract (will be renew annually depend on staff performance).

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical / Automotive, Electrical or equivalent.
•Able to do front man with good communication skill (handling customer).
•Able to tune up and do routine service (regular maintenance) in gasoline machine and diesel automotive.
•Able to analyze the damage (trouble shooting) for various tasks (gasoline machine and diesel, power train, steer, break and suspension, engine and body electrical, alarm, lamp).
•Able to do workshop administration with computerized system (MS Office: esp. Visio) and good at technical design.
Business Executive (BE)
Responsibilities: commercially creative side of automotive business.
Requirements:
•Male or female, max. 25 year(s)-old, at least a Diploma in any field.
•Have passion in automotive and own vehicle.
•An attractive and good looking person.
•Able to do front man with good communication skill (handling customer).
