Our Client, a public listed telecommunication operator company is seeking
senior people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :





Senior Manager SCM Device Management ( SM SCM DM - BT )



Responsibilities

. This position mainly manages and performs wide activities
fulfillment of end user devices (e.g. Handset, USB Modem, Netbook etc).

. End to end SCM activities of end user devices consist of but not
limited to Sourcing, Importation, Production, Distribution and Finance
reporting of related activities.

. The position will have extensive coordination with
Sales/Marketing, Finance and Network VAS.



Qualifications

. Maximum age of 32 years

. Minimum Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering (preferably
Industrial Engineering)

. Having min 3 years working experiences in Telco Industry as
Operator or Retail / Dealer with extensive involvement in handling end user
Devices e.g. Handset, USB Modem, Netbook etc.

. Extensive experiences and understanding of Importation process;
certification in this field will be an advantage

. Great passion in telco / cellular devices related e.g. Cellular
phone, Messaging Phone, Phone application and other gadgets

. Ability to analyze market trends; Awareness of market trends in
the cellular device / terminal industry

. Able to work under pressure, independently & team work

. Having a good leadership, interpersonal & written and oral
communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin is a
plus.

Our client, a foreign private commercial bank is seeking a talented & experienced candidate to be assigned as

Financial Controller (PDA 152)

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the bank financial performance
  2. Implement accounting principals (PSAK, USGAAP, Basel II, etc)
  3. Prepare and monitoring budget and expenses
  4. Process invoices for payment and applicable taxes
  5. Perform bank reconciliation activities
  6. Responsible for tax payment, tax reporting, and regulatory reporting for the bank
  7. Manage annual audit process and regulatory audit

Requirements :

    • Male/Female, max 40 years old
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economy or Finance
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a Bank in the area of Finance, Accounting, Audit, Planning, Budgeting, Investment and Accounting Principles
    • Familiar with Management Reporting, Risk Management, Internal Control, Producing of policies and procedures, Asset Liability Management
    • Have good experience and knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation & reporting
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
    • Have strong leadership skill and team work
    • Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

VACANT POSITION

 

Job Title                    : Finance Executive.

Department             : Finance.

 


Job Summary:

To assist the Finance Manager or other seniors in all aspects of the monthly tax and financial cycle including journal preparation, general ledger reconciliation and other projects as required.

 

Typical Responsibilities

§         Assist or supervise in the preparation of tax report.

§         Responsible for day to day tax operation.

§         Managing, Controlling and preparing Annual Tax Return,

§         Advising, controlling and Solving all Tax Problem in all function department and all level (accounting, Finance, Marketing/Sales Department and Board of Director).

§         Liaison, Prepare report and Negotiate for all Tax Audit problem from Tax Office,

§         Socializing the essence of tax acknowledgment in setting up business agreement in order to minimize risk.

§         Tax reconciliation for key account.

§         Key journal with adequate supporting documentation.

§         Recommend improvements in the work process within area of responsibility. 

 

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

§         University degree in Finance / Accounting preferred.

§         1 to 3 years accounting / Finance working experience in multinational company environment or Audit Firm.

§         Having Tax Brevet.

§         Experience with tax planning & e-spt.

§         Able to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical & analytical skill.

§         Able to work under pressure and  must able to handle multi tasking job.

§         Good people management skill.

§         Effective communications skills.
