Personal Assistant
Summary
Primary function is to provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. Must be highly organized, and flexible. Must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision and also able to work well within an administrative team in an environment of constantly changing priorities. Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality while interacting with executives, peers, customers, and all levels of staff is crucial to success. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressured environment. We are seeking someone who is naturally inclined to pursue perfection and at the same time is genuinely exuberant, polite, cheerfully accommodating, upbeat, and of thoughtful demeanor. Must be an enthusiastic team player who is willing to perform tasks such as light incidental cleaning (ie as after meetings), serving food and beverages, etc. as needed

Min D III from Secretarial Academy, Business Administration, Public Relation, Hospitality etc.

Good Interpersonal and English Language Skill and Strong Leadership

Energetic Person

Min 5 years as Secretary of PA from reputable organization.
