Currently we open vacation for position :
Staff Human Resources
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree from Human Resouces Management, Psychology or any related filed from reputable university
2. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
3. Female, age max. 28 years old
4. At least 2 years of working experience in similar role
5. Fluent in English, oral and written is a must
6. Computer literate
7. Good corresponding skill
8. Able to handle multi tasking job
9. south jakarta residents is preferable
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and controlling over time, medical (insurance, JAMSOSTEK, Medical Reimburshment, etc)
2. fully understand about Labor law, and also capable to made company policy
3. Involved in finance and accounting function (reimbursement, over time payment, etc)
4. Administration data (employee, insurance, jamsostek, etc)
5. responsible for replacing an employee or searching candidate for new position as requested
