PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan . Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions:
1. PLANNING SENIOR MANAGER (P-SMGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and control all Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities up to estates to comply with approved budget with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§ Max. 40 years old.
§ Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
§ Min. 7 years experience in a similar position.
§ Ready to be located in Kalimantan forestry operational site is a must.
2. PLANTATION MANAGER (P-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI) Operation based on Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§ Max. 40 years old.
§ Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
§ Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
§ Ready to be located in Kalimantan forestry operational site is a must.
3. SOCIAL, SECURITY, & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-ASKEP)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§ Max. 40 years old.
§ Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.
§ Good relation with government & other social entities.
§ Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
4. LEGAL SUPERINTENDENT (L-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in design proper disclosure of agreements/contracts for compliance with state and law regulation, identify issues and advise on structure and draft disclosure documents, handling all potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
§ Max. 40 years old.
§ Min. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
§ Min. 3 years experience as Legal Superintendent in multinational company, preferable in manufacturing & forestry.
§ Excellent communication & presentation skills.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERINTENDENT (E-SUPT)
The successful candidate will be an expert in plan, implement, monitoring, auditing, and reporting of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries.
Requirements:
§ Max. 30 years old.
§ Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment.
§ Min. 3 years experience as Environmental Superintendent at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries, or manufacturing.
6. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT–HE & TR (MHETR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Male, age max. 45 years old.
· Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine..
· Minimum of 4 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Superintendent.
· Work location at Site Forestry Kenangan-Balikpapan.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
§ English and computer literated.
§ High motivation, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality
§ Willing to work at Site Forestry, East Kalimantan .
