Mandor 1 Civil atau Kabag. Civil
b. Pendidikan minimum STM bangunan, lebih disukai D3/S1 teknik civil.
c. Menguasai pembuatan gambar bangunan (rumah, jembatan dsb) dan RAB nya.
d. Menguasai tehnik pembuatan dan perkerasan jalan serta infrastruktur
lainnya.

3. KEPALA AFDELING (7 orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perkebunan kelapa sawit sebagai
Mandor 1 Tanaman atau Kepala Afdeling
b. Pendidikan minimum SMK Pertanian, lebih disukai D3/S1 Pertanian.
c. Menguasai teknis perkebunan kelapa sawit.
