MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (MC-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and execute engineering activities such as
design review, verification, and studies relevant to project
mechanical engineering topic; pursuing objectives of sound
engineering and design optimization in term of cost, fabrication
simplicity, and safety; provide and ensure the installation,
commissioning and start up of mechanical static, and rotating
equipment according to mechanical design premises; provide
troubleshooting support.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from
reputable university; 2-4 years relevant experience in plant
engineering and construction, especially in chip or pulp and paper
project; mastering the fundamental of mechanical engineering;
excellent understanding on Technical Drawing and Cost Estimating;
able to develop plans, designs, specifications, cost estimates, and
engineering standards for project construction and improvement.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation,
communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-
integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and
relocate to Kalimantan.

Recruitment Manager   ( RM – HTI )
 
Qualification
Ø       Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years' relevant Human Resource experience, in which 3 of the years focusing on recruitment from Telecommunication industry.
Ø       Hands-on Human Resource practitioner with specialization on Recruitment function.
Ø       Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with proven track records in meeting tight recruitment schedules.
Ø       Familiar with all aspects of HR (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc).
Ø       Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills
Ø       Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Ø       Able to communicate effectively in English.
Ø       Past working experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.
Ø       Frequent business traveling to other countries in the region will be expected.
 
Job Description
Ø       Ensure successful implementation of the recruitment plan for the Indonesia region
Ø       Manage and monitor recruitment activities in this region.
Ø       Work with recruitment agencies on selected assignments
Ø       Promote the efficiency of recruitment by providing support and guidance.
Ø       Train and guide line managers, and audit recruitment processes as necessary.
Ø       Assist in the annual manpower planning by working with departmental and country heads.
Ø       To assist in other areas of HR as required.

Procurement Manager
Qualification:
- University degree with excellent results, not more than 35 years
old.
- 5 years working experience in handling procurement/purchasing
function preferably in packaging materials.
- Excellent business English.
- Entrepreneurship and high flexibility
- Energetic person with a strong drive for results.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills, the
ability to be pragmatic and pro-active in asking the right questions
and making the right decisions, good analytical skills, flexible and
open mindset.
Job Scope:
Procurement Manager is responsible for meeting country Procurement
annual budgets, plans and KPI's. Ensure competitive advantage in
materials /services bought. Lead major cost reduction initiatives.
Contribute to NR growth through tapping the supplier resources to
support our innovation process and become the preferred customer to
our
suppliers in terms of access to break-through technologies and
products.
Location : Jakarta

Maintenance Manager
Qualification:
- S-1 Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a well
known university.
- Having 5 years working experience managing maintenance department
- Excellent communication in English.
Job Scopes:
- Supervising the day to day operations of the maintenance
department, upgrading and modification activities related to all
physical operating systems of plant facilities.
* Organizing and implementing long- and short-term maintenance and
equipment life cycle programs including overhaul or modification,
installations, removal of equipment, and associated programs such as
safety, security, fire protection and energy conservation.
* Developing and reviewing maintenance and safety procedures,
standards and guidelines.
* Reviewing annual operating maintenance costs and project
proposals, approving estimates, preparing and managing budgets;
preparing administrative and technical reports for management and
managing service and other external maintenance contracts.
Location : Semarang (factory)
