We are dynamic and growing company that provides a wide range of product and services that help hospital and health care institutions, looking for:

1. HRD Supervisor (HRD): Jakarta

· Female/ Male, Max 31 years old graduated from Psychology, Law, Management and other related major.

· IPK Min 3,00 from reputable university

· Experience in handling Recruitment, Training, and Performance management for 2-3 years.

· Familiar with psychological test, competencies, and training analysis.

· Independent, good communication skills, strong motivation, and able to work in dynamic environment.

· Fluent in English and computer literate is a must. Able to speak mandarin is preferable.

· Domicile in Central and West Jakarta is strongly advantage.

2. Product Specialist : (PS) Jakarta

· Male/Female, max 31 years old, graduated from Medical Doctors, Information Technology (IT), Electro Medic, Electrical Engineering or handling Clinical System equipment min 2 years.

· Around 1-2 years experience Medical Healthcare Company or pharmaceutical business (Cardiology, ICU, Operating Theatre will be an advantages)

· Having driving license (A or C ) and Having own vehicle is a must

· Communicative, Excellent written and spoken English IS A MUST, able to speak Mandarin is strong advantage;

· Excellent Presentations skills, having knowledge in Sales & Marketing.

· Willing to travel, able to work under pressure in team and independently.

3. Oracle DBA & Application Developer : (DBA)

· Male/Female, max 30 years old, S1 Information Technology from reputable university with minimal GPA 3,00

· Around 1-2 years experience coding at Oracle Applications Environment would be an advantage.

· Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.

· Having good analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills

· Successful candidate will be granted Oracle training and involved in full Oracle ERP implementation.

· Communicative, Excellent written and spoken English IS A MUST, able to speak Mandarin is strong advantage;

· Able to work under pressure in team and independently.

2. Manage performance, backup and administration of database

3. Cloning Oracle Applications Release 12

4. Coding customization report under Oracle Application Release 12

A. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Lead Mechanical Engineer: Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Mechanical Engineer pada proyek-proyek pembangkit dengan kapasitas minimal 7 MW, menguasai pengetahuan tentang Main Equipment Mechanical untuk Power Plant. Dapat memahami dan menganalisa pembangunan pembangkit minimal 7 MW termasuk dalam hal ini standar-standar terkait yang digunakan dan memahami prosedur QC. Mampu mengkoordinir para Mechanical Engineer dalam melakukan Supervisi di site.

- Jujur, Tegas & Bertanggungjawab

- Pendidikan min. S1

- Pengalaman min. 10 th.

- Bahasa Inggris Aktif

- Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer

Steam Turbine Engineer: Mempunyai pengalaman dalam hal turbine and auxiliaries design, menguasai berbagai macam turbin uap/generator dan peralatan bantunya yang digunakan untuk pembangkit listrik, termasuk dalam hal ini material yang digunakan dan standar-standar terkait.

Boiler Engineer: Mempunyai pengalaman dalam hal boiler and auxiliaries design, menguasai berbagai macam desain boiler dan peralatan bantu yang digunakan untuk pembangkit listrik, termasuk dalam hal ini material yang digunakan dan standar-standar terkait.

Balance of Plant Engineer: Mempunyai pengalaman dalam hal design Balance of Plant Mechanical, menguasai berbagai macam peralatan Balance of Plant Mechanical untuk pembangkit listrik, termasuk standar-standar terkait yang digunakan dan memahami prosedur QC.

Coal & Ash Handling Engineer: Mempunyai pengalaman dalam hal design Coal & Ash Handling Plant, menguasai berbagai macam peralatan Coal & Ash Handling Plant untuk pembangkit listrik, termasuk standar-standar terkait yang digunakan dan memahami prosedur QC.

Piping Engineer: Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Piping Engineer dalam proyek-proyek pembangkit listrik. Menguasai pekerjaan piping dalam proyek pembangkit listrik dan memahami standar-atandar terkait dalam pengujian pekerjaan pemipaan.

Kualifikasi Umum MECHANICAL ENGINEER:

- Jujur & Bertanggungjawab

- Pendidikan min. S1

- Berpengalaman 6 – 10 th di bidangnya

- Bahasa Inggris Aktif

- Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer

B. DOCUMENT CONTROL
Kualifikasi : Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Document Control pada proyek-proyek pembangunan pembangkit listrik, memahami tatalaksana kearsipan yang diperlukan dalam kelangsungan proyek, antara lain CCR, DDR, dan memahami prosedur korespondensi untuk proyek.

- Pendidikan min. S1

- Berpengalaman 5 – 10 th

- Bahasa Inggris Aktif

- Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer

C. MATERIAL RECEIPT

Kualifikasi : Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai material receipt pada proyek-proyek pembangkit listrik, Memahami prosedur pengiriman dan penerimaan material I equipment yang diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek. Memiliki pengetahuan akan kelengkapan dokumen yang diperlukan dalam pengiriman material / equipment.

D. SCHEDULLER & PROGRESS CONTROL

Kualifikasi : Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai scheduller pada proyek pembangkit listrik. Mempunyai keahlian membuat jadwal pekerjaan Iengkap dengan tahapan-tahapannya beserta jadwal pengadaan material. Mempunyai keahlian dalam mengawasi progress pekerjaan dan melakukan pembaruan jadwal sesuai dengan kondisi kontraktual.

- Jujur, Teliti & Bertanggungjawab

- Pendidikan min. S1

- Berpengalaman 5 – 10 th

- Bahasa Inggris Aktif

- Menguasai program komputer yang berkaitan

E. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Kualifikasi : Memiliki pengalaman sebagai contract administrator pada proyek-proyek pembangkit listrik, memahami masalah manajemen proyek pembangunan pembangkit, meliputi aspek-aspek kontraktual, penjadwalan proyek dan manajemen resiko.
