Our Client, PT. PZ Cussons Indonesia (www.pzcussons.com) , a multinational company, which produced Cussons Baby Products; Cussons Imperial Leather, and Carex is seeking people to fill in positions with following experiences and skills :
Group Product Manager Baby Products ( GPM BP – PZC )
· Ensure new products develop and re-launches occur on time.
· Develop the annual and 3 year plan for brand
· Ensure consumer promotion activities occur on time.
· To work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Factory and Accounts to ensure achievement of brand (s) objectives and sales and profit maximized for the brand (s)
· Understand and interpret market place trends to establish current consumer needs in Baby toiletries market.
· To control within budget advertising and consumer promotional expenses.
· To assist in advertising development for the Baby Toiletries range as per company procedure and monitor its effectiveness.
· To manage and develop the (Junior) BM / MT for which he/she is responsible.
· To properly look after any company property supplied to him or his team in accordance with company policy.
