In giving health services, the clinic provides optimal procedures suited with pharmaceutical code ethic in Indonesia as well as related cooperation with famous hospitals. Each treatment supported by computerized system.

Is looking high motivated candidates to fill Personal Assistant to Director Position (Outsourcing).

This position will assist the Director in daily basis activities both personal and professional. She will responsible in secretarial duties for the clinic, Director and related hospitals, arranging travel and meeting as well as assisting Director in daily routines. The incumbent will required to have strong time management. Due the nature of the business, single candidate is preferable. This position will be located in South Jakarta.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:
• Female 25 - 30 years old
• Well groomed and good appearance
• Min D3 from Secretarial (preferred LPK-Tarakanita)
• Minimum 1 years experience in Personal Assistant works
• Good communication
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Able to work pressure
• Willing to work in shift basis
• Persistent and multi tasking
• Great interpersonal skill in building network

* Area/Site Superintendent

Qualification:


* Minimum an Engineer (S1) with 12 years working experience in construction management or Technical Associate (D3) with 14 years in construction management, which 5 years of them should be in oil and gas or petrochemical industry
* Capable of directing activities of Personnel concerned with construction of building, pipelines, tank erection, electrical power line, road, and locations or other construction project
* A candidate possesses Senior High educational background with more than 20 years of total experience in construction management, which 10 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, will be considered.


 

* HES Superintendent

Qualification:


* Minimum an Engineer or Science Bachelor Degree (S1) with 12 years experience in the HES field as a Manager/Supervisor or Technical Degree (D3) with 14 years of experience in the HES field as a Manager/Supervisor, which 5 years of them should be in oil and gas or petrochemical industry
* Capable of preparing, developing and implementing Contractor's Health, Environment and Safety (HES procedure and regulation based on Company's Health, Environment and Safety (HES procedure and regulation
* A candidate possesses Senior High educational background with more than 20 years of total experience in HES field as a Manager/ Supervisor, which 10 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, will be considered.


 

* Construction Equipment Superintendent

Qualification:


* Minimum an Engineer (S1) with 8 years working experience in construction equipment management or Technical Associate (D3) with 10 years experience in construction equipment management, which 5 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
* Capable of supervising and coordinating activities of Personnel engaged in various area of construction equipment management.
* A candidate possesses Senior High educational background with more than 20 years of total experience in construction equipment management, which 10 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, will be considered.


 

* Project control Superintendent

Qualification:


* Minimum an Engineer (S1) with 8 years working experience in project control or Technical Associate (D3) with 10 years experience in project control, which 5 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
* Capable of supervising and coordinating activities of Personnel engaged in project controls such as project controls such as project progress measure, cost and schedule control, work order management, document control, etc


 

* QA/QC Superintendent

Qualification:


* Minimum an Engineer (S1) with 8 years working experience in QA/QC or Technical Associate (D3) with 10 years experience QA/QC, which 5 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
* Capable of supervising and coordinating activities of Personnel engaged in preventive, audit and correction program.

Responsibilities:-


* Calculates the Net Asset Value per share assigned. Determines
dividend and distribution rates, as required
* Determines the timings of income and expense accrual.
Enters and monitors general ledger or daily account activity.
* Reconciles cash and/or fund share transactions; resolution
of discrepencies with transfer agent's and custodian's
records, if applicable
* Accounts for all daily activity(purchases, sales,
income accrulals, etc) in an accurate and timely
manner, and maintains all required controls to ensure
overall accuracy.
* Produces and verifies financial statements or trust
reports and/or daily NAV reporting and/or pricing
* Manitains daily supporting schedules for all outstanding
items, prepares daily accounting control reports
reconciliation.
* Provides information needed to prepare financial reports
for shareholder, director and management reports in an
accurate and timely manner.
* Prepares proofs of account balances as needed.
* Reviews security pricing information for accuracy and
completion; along with all fund activity for reasonableness.
Reasearches exceptions
* May research and verify all corporate actions entitlements.
* Remains familiear with back-up procedures when system applications
and/or transmission problems arise.
* May be required to communicate with external/internal clients
daily.
* Ensure all transactions meet appropriate requirements and
complete trade processing accurately and timely according to
market and client specific requirements and deadlines.
* May perform other duties as requested.

Minimum Job Specifications:-

* Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with business related
coursework. B.s. degree in accounting or finance preferred
* Diploma holders
* 0-1 year of related custody and/or fund accounting
experience.
* Knowledge of securities language.
* Knowledge of MS Office applications, and spreadsheet proficiency.
* Deadline oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as a team player.

8. Maintains daily supporting schedules for all outstanding items.
9. Reviews monthly control looks/audit packages and assists in timely
and accurate resolution of ciscrepancies.
10.Prepares information needed to prepare financial reports for
share holder, director and management reports, in an accurate
and timely manner.
11.Provides on the job training to new fund accountants and assists
new fund accountants with attaintment of understanding job
responsibilities.
12.Remains familiar with back-up procedures when system applications
and/or transmission problems arise.
13.Prepares and verifys information for various projects or special
requests that arise.
14.Researches and resolves exceptions and some complex issues. Elevates
un-resolved issues to Assistant Manager or Fund Services Manger,
as required.
15.Performs additional responsibilites such as projects assigned by
FSM when appropriate.

Minimum job specifications:-

* Equivalent to a Bachelor,s degree with business related coursework.
B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

This position will assist the Director in daily basis activities both personal and professional. She will responsible in secretarial duties for the clinic, Director and related hospitals, arranging travel and meeting as well as assisting Director in daily routines. The incumbent will required to have strong time management. Due the nature of the business, single candidate is preferable. This position will be located in South Jakarta.
