skills :
Sales Director ( SD - JTV )
Qualification
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Director with leadership
experience preferably with remote management
* Minimum Bachelors' degree from any discipline, Master degree is
preferable
* Experience with online companies - preferable media related or
Insurance
* Male/Female, Ages between 35 - 45 years old
* Excellent people management and communications skills
* Exhibits commercial acumen, credibility and able to build an
effective relationship
* Good understanding of the media/market research industry
* Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent
presentation skills
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
* Self motivated, energetic, creative
* Never been employed by National Television Company
Job Description
* Manage and develop the sales and marketing strategy for JAK-TV and
Plant accounts in Jabodetabek
* Work closely with Vertical Sales Management and able to coordinate
targeted sales activities and revenue growth
* Command an in-depth understanding of the media and market research
industry, practices and applications, and overall market trends
* Plan and assign business territories and market segments for maximum
revenue generation
* Forecast revenues for relevant markets and solutions
* Motivate sales personnel
* Evaluate performance, measure and control quota carrier achievements
* Organize career development strategies to grow employees
