Job Description:

a. Monitor stock figures between Manual & Computer on Daily & Monthly basis.

b. Preparation of 24HRS Movements (Production, Dispatch, Issued and others)

c. Preparation of Monthly Report for all Mills (Production, Dispatch, Issued and others).

d. Processing of all Data (Production, Dispatch, Issued & other in SAP (R/3) System.

e. Preparation of Equipment Delay on Daily & Monthly Basis.

f. Counter-checking of Quality Control 24 HRS released sheet.

g. Processing of Stock Inventory Adjustment.

h. Performs regular inventory stock takes (wall-to-wall, cycle count, etc.) in the store using a SAP R/3 system.

i. Initiates and proposes inventory adjustments for approval by the Store Manager.

j. Recommends proper charging of inventory write-offs.

k. Monitors and reconciles inventory variances in the store.

The candidate should have both Mechanical/ Electrical background which can help in material inspection.

The salary range would from $3500 to $4000. It will also depend on the experience interview result.

JOB TITLE: Compensation & Benefits Manager

REPORTS TO: Human Resources Director

Main Accountabilities:

Establishes and maintain an integrated grading structure for the combined businesses that is consistent with the group's policy in this regard.
Conducts pay and benefits market survey on an annual basis and make recommendations to ensure that we maintain our competitive position.
Be the point of reference in compensation and benefits matters andin the evaluation process of new jobs to be slotted into the system.
Manages the preperation and implementation of the company's payroll, Calculate salaries and bonuses for all employees with strict confidentiality
Makes recommendations on merit increase on a yearly basis taking into consideration market practices and internal company situation.
Preapres management reports on people costs and flag issues that help management with decisions making.
Sets and manage the benefits schemes e.g. medical, company cars, and life assurance schemes to ensure that they are cost effective and at the same time market competitive. Carries out
Regular reviews of these schemes and continuouly suggest ways to improve them.
Ensures the set up and implementation of proper controls of the payroll in collaboration with the finance colleagues.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max 40 years old.
Graduate/MBA with minimum 10 years experience
Excellent understanding of compensation & benefits.
Consulting and project management skills.
Ability to think critically and present solutions in a large context.
Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
Abality to lead teams and influence collaborators.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
