3.    Coordinate with training coordinator, training supervisor, trainerand training vendorfor improve and develop training materials to ensure all training materials are conform with current situation.
4.    Produce and distribute training material to mine site basedon training scheduleto ensure all training materials are well distribute in timely manner.
5.    Provide timely report training material status to training coordinatorin order to provide training administration support.
6.    Maintain training database including employee training records and training materials to ensure all training records are well managed.

Qualifications:

•    Competent in project design, report writing and statistical based survey analysis

4. Child Sponsorship Management Coordinator (Code: CSMP)
Major Roles:
Manage child sponsorship program at the community level.

Qualifications:
•    S-1 Degree in any discipline
•    Competent in project management
•    TOEFL Score is 500

5.Project Accountant (Code: ACCT)
Major Roles:
Manage day-to-day financial transaction to ensure internal control system in place

Qualifications:
•    S-1 in Accounting is a must
•    Minimum 1 year experience as Accountant

6.Business Development Facilitator (Code: BDF)
Major Roles:
Build entrepreneurial capacity of the community groups and channel funding opportunities.

Qualifications:
•    S-1 Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
•    Practical business knowledge with emphasis on marketing
•    Competent in financial management with proven track record
•    Must have driving license (SIM C)

7.Community Development Trainee (Code: CD)
Major Roles:
Support Community Development Coordinators in implementation of community based programs.

Qualifications:
•    S-1 Degree in any discipline
•    Proven organizational experience is a must

Communication Specialist

The tasks of the Communication Specialist will be as follows:

a. Assist the Knowledge Management Coordinator on matters related the communication strategy, public awareness and dissemination of information to all stakeholders;

Required Qualifications and Experience

The Communication Specialist is expected to possess the following task specific experience and capabilities:

a. Bachelor (S1) degree in communication, social science or management with at least 7 years of relevant experience; an additional master's degree (S-2) in relevant field will be an advantage
b. Experience in public sector projects with at least 3 years experience in the communication aspects of it;
c. Having general knowledge of Indonesia's government structure and budgetary procedures as well as Government and international donors project implementation systems 
d. Familiarity with the formulation of policies and strategies and community participation. 
e. Sound English language capability (written and spoken), presentation, and report writing skills. 
f. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and to operate effectively in a team environment.
