- Ensure, monitor and trace the plant / material delivery from / to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
- Prepare and arrange the Master List.
- Manage filing system and confidential files as necessary for purposes of customs audit
- Submit weekly & monthly report
- Perform other duties as requested. 

Requirements:
- Male
- Min. D3 from any educational background
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Minimal of 3 years relevant experiences
- Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Office
- Familiar on handling import & logistics. and also familiar with Customs EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with government ( Customs, BKPM, Trade )
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
