Information Technology IT Administrator

Location: Kuala Kencana (Papua, Indonesia)

SCOPE:

The key focus of the IT Administrator role is being responsible for
supporting and assisting the IT Process Managers with the support functions
of ERP, business applications and IT services.

DUTIES and responsibilities include:

§ SAFETY - Ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure all
employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This
includes compliance with the safety management program.

§ Primary role is to support site based software, application and Netware.
This also includes providing support to site based company's employees. More
specific function are listed below:

§ Support other business units in the uploading / updating data onto the
Pronto / other sites systems. For example warehouse price lists, or other
bulk data transfers.

§ Perform basic data, application administration and support functions on
various IT systems such as Lotus Notes, Intranet, Maximo and Pronto.

§ Participate as the key IT team member responsible for locally development
and technical support for ERP / programs applications. This includes report
writing for site based business managers.

§ Process invoices, orders, forms and maintain records controlling various
IT functions.

§ Coordinate general user requests and user administration

§ On call to resolve system failures upon request from your supervisor.

§ Undertake other special projects, tasks and responsibilities from time to
time as requested by your Supervisor / IT Management.

§ Ensure all information applicable to this role is supplied so that all
company's reporting deadlines are met and that reports are both consistent
and accurate.

§ Comply with all company's policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

§ At lease Three years working experience supporting an ERP system.

§ Experience with EOM, EOY processes within an ERP system.

§ Experience and basic understanding of database systems and IT
applications.

§ Understanding of data warehouse concepts, and related reporting tools.

§ Well developed application report writing experience.

§ Working knowledge of IT Service Desk processes and systems.

§ Experience with record keeping and IT administration functions.

QUALIFICATION AND SkillS REQUIREMENTS:

§ Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology.

§ Sound knowledge of medium to large financial systems and procedures.

§ Ability to work with and contribute to system and user documentation.

§ Advance skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
and PowerPoint). Intermediate knowledge of Lotus Notes.

§ Problem solving skills and ability to recommend solutions. "Think outside
the box". Strong analytical skills.

§ Ability to work as part of a team and ability to meet deadlines.

§ "Hands on" approach to the information technology function.

§ Excellent oral and written communication, consultation and negotiation
skills in Indonesian. Intermediate oral and written communications skills in
English also required.

§ Highly motivated & high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
