Responsibility

This role is responsible to provide accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action within project management. Qualification

General Requirements

a. Single (1 & 4).
b. Male / Female (1,2,5 & 6),  Female (3 & 4).
c. Age between 23 - 45 years old.
d. Good appearance, neat, self-motivated, good manner, energetic, pleasant personality, good manner, honest, fair, and sociable.
e. Good communication skill.
f. Proficient in English both oral and written (1, 4 & 6);  good command in English (2, 3 & 5).
g. Service excellent and customer oriented.
h. Minimum Diploma D3 from Tourism & Hotel academy, preferably in Hotel Management / Front Office  (1 & 5);  Diploma D3 Secretary from Tarakanita / ASMI secretarial academy or London School of Public Relations - LSPR  (4).
i. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Accounting (3);  S1 Degree majoring Psychology/Law/Management/Social Science (2);  S1 Degree (6) from reputable university.
j. Computer literacy.
k. At least 2 (two) years working experience in similar position at serviced apartment or hospitality industry  (5 & 6);  1 (one) year working experience as guest relation officer/customer service/receptionist, fresh-graduated are welcome (1).


Specific Requirements

* Understanding and able to speak Japanese / Mandarin will be an additional value (1).
* Proven skills and knowledge of Human Resources / Personnel administration day-to-day operational such as attendance report, overtime calculation, shifting, leave, employment agreement/contract, medical insurance/Jamsostek, etc. (2)
* Familiar or proven skills in journal entry, financial & tax report, balance sheets, account receivable / AR controlling (3).
* Detail oriented, tough person (2 & 3).
* Familiar or able to operate application Realta (5).
* Proven strong negotiation and presentation skills, result oriented, possess leadership skills (6).
* Able to work independent as well as a team-work, and able to work under pressure.
